Evalart lets you edit the score of any questionnaire instance (One questionnaire instance corresponds to a questionnaire answered by a particular candidate). This is useful if you determine that the candidate should receive a different score than they were assigned by the system. This can occur, for example, if the candidate wrote a response that was generally good but had a minor error when displaying the answer (different from what is expected for that question), in which case the system would assign a zero, but the evaluator might want to give a partial score. This option is also used for manual correction of questions.
To manually edit an instance, just click on the pencil icon in any questionnaire instances list (such as the report of questionnaires answered). This will open the editing view of the questionnaire instance.
To change a score select the question and then click on the pencil icon in the field labeled “Manual Score”. The description of the result can also be edited and you can even modify the candidate’s answer (for example, if you think that he made a minor error and you want to verify this by directly correcting the code). In these cases the candidate’s original response is stored and you can restore it if necessary.
